I am interested in refurbishing my stroller - how do i proceed?

Please book a refurbishment package (a. stroller, b. buggy, c. car seat) above. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with details on the process. We offer refurbishment from the day after the booking date and are working every weekday between 9am an 4pm.
Do I need to drop-off my stroller at the warehouse in Stockholm, or can it also be picked up?

The most cost efficient way is to bring it to us. However, we can also organize collection and delivery with DHL, if you wish. These costs are not included in the standard pricing.
What does refurbishment mean?

For us refurbishment means that we do not only clean the surface of the product, but we disassemble the product completely and then start cleaning every piece. With this procedure we can not only make sure that all parts work properly and smooothly, but we also see if something is broken and needs a fix. This we would then report to you.
Do you clean and refurbish all brands and products?

Yes, we normally we clean and refurbish strollers and car seats but we can also do that with all other products. If it is something we do not know, we would tell you.
How long time does it take you to refurbish the product?

We need around 7 days from the time we receive it until you can pick it up again. If you need it urgently, you can always ask.
Do you also repair strollers and car seats?

It depends on the brand. We repair all Axkid and Bugaboo products, since we have spare parts available. For the other brands we would tell you.
I do not live in Stockholm, but want to use your service - how do I do that?

We can offer you to pick-it up and deliver the item back to you via DHL.
